Special rubber belts are required for the transport of
oily materials, solvents and hydrocarbon. Oily materials would damage
a standard belt by making it swell and the components would then separate,
leading to the destruction of the belt.
To prevent this, we cover our Oil Resistant belts with
an oil resistant finish.

Our
oil resistant belts (G Grade) are made of sinthetic nitrilic rubber,
internationally named NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), with a high
resistance to oil, fat (mineral or animal) and no polar chemical
compounds.

Our oil resistant belts support temperatures of
up to 120ºC and are antistatic. They are equivalent to the
G grade quality established by the DIN 22.102 norm.
