Depending on the temperature of the works, we offer the following belts:

T-110 Low to Medium heat resistancevv.
T-150 Medium heat resistance.
T-170 Medium to High heat resistance.

Temperatures of use are the following

Permissible Maximum temperature for more than 30 mm granulometry  Maximum temperature for carcass
T-110 110 120 80
T-150 150 170 130
T-170 170 200 150

RECOMMENDED THICKNESS OF COVER
For heat resistant belts, we recommend a minimum thickness of 4+2

ELONGATION UNDER STANDARD LOAD

To determine tension course of a belt, the technical conditions of the installation must be taken into account. As a guideline, the DIN 22.102/89 norm establishes the following values:

Minimum Breaking Load

Elongation under Standard Load

200- 500

1,5 %

630 -1250

2,5 %

1600 - 3150

3 %

* The standard load is 10% of minimum breaking load.
